to join the Italian Affiliate and lead the Italian Clinical Operations team.


Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations you will be fully responsible for managing Company new Affiliate in Rome both under a Clinical and Business Development perspective.

Related to Business Development your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop Company clients’ portfolio: knowledge of the key people and the decision-markers within the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry and Investigators networks
  • Defend and Follow-up Requests For Proposals and ongoing projects

Related to Clinical Operations you will be responsible for managing projects and for training/coaching/mentoring all CTAs, CRAs and CTLs and other resources in your team while ensuring that projects deliverables remain within the scope of works, timelines and approved budgets and adhering to applicable SOPs, GCPs and national/international regulations.



– Basic qualifications:

  • BS Degree in science or health-related field
  • Excellent (+7 years) previous experience in Clinical Research within a pharmaceutical, biotechnological company or as a CRO
  • International experience is desirable
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken), a third language is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
